Hans-Peter is one of the two founders of Nordic Business Forum and Nordic Business Group. Nordic Business Forum organizes one of Europe’s greatest business conferences with 5700 business executives gathering to Helsinki each year from over 30 different countries. Then a co-worker sparked an interest in entrepreneurship, and Hans-Peter was swept off his feet by the enthusiasm. New business opportunities inflamed the spark, and so Hans-Peter applied for a business ID.

In the same year, Hans-Peter came across his first business coaching session. The event in May 2003 at Helsingin Kulttuuritalo was pivotal: the event was professionally organized, the presentations were full of useful knowledge and given by inspiring speakers, and there was plenty of opportunities for networking. In 2004, after a year of active self-development, Hans-Peter wrote his main goal on paper. It said: “I want to start a business in coaching and self-development”.

Before founding the Nordic Business Forum and Nordic Business Group, Hans-Peter worked as an investment broker, leading an office in Jyväskylä and Tampere. In April 2013 JCI Finland awarded Hans-Peter with the Outstanding Young Person of the Year Award in the category of business and economics.
